As the co-ordinator for the 2008 Varsity College Japan trip, I can not speak highly enough of the professionalism, caring service and attention to detail of the staff at Saizen Tours, especially my primary contact person Rondell Herriot. Despite having more than 30 students and teachers in our group and not having a guide, we had the most wonderful and enjoyable 10 day trip which included a five day stay in Tokyo and four days skiing in Hakuba. The staff at Saizen Tours were incredibly helpful in the organisational stage of the trip and were always on hand if we had a problem. 

On a personal note, I have also used Saizen Tours on two other occasions to organise personal trips to Europe and Japan. 
I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Saizen Tours to any individual or group wishing to travel to Japan, or on any other overseas trip.

Saizen Tours did an amazing job organising a fun filled 'taste' of Japan. The itinerary was customised to suit our needs and interests. A particular highlight was going to the sumo training stables. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. I highly recommend Saizen Tours!  They are professional, organised, flexible and creative.
